Returns:

  • If you would like to return a product, you can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving it
  • Return products will be held and picked up from your doorstep, we will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee
  • Please write to us at support@thestellarkraft.com, or call us on 9902058882, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc
  • It is advised that the return packets should  be appropriately packaged so that the properties of items don’t get damaged during transit
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by TSK in order to determine the legitimacy of the return
  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded
  • It takes 4-5 working days for us to refund once the product reaches us in the good condition

Exchange:

  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please contact customer service by email at support@thestellarkraft.com – within 24 hours of delivery
  • On receiving your complaint, TSK shall verify the authenticity of the complaint and if TSK is convinced that the complaint is genuine, TSK will start to initiate the replacement process
  • Please notify TSK of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, TSK shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order
  • TSK will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through its logistics partner. If TSK is unable to pick up the product, we will contact you and you will be responsible for having the damaged/defective/incorrect product picked up by a reputable courier within one day of notification. Courier charges will be reimbursed by the logistics team, at their discretion, after consulting with TSK.
  • All packaged products should be returned in their original packaging and with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by TSK in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will have to cover the cost of returning the product.
  • Once TSK receives the product the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 24 hours

Cancellation:

  • An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can modify an order (with products of the same or more value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped
  •  if you want to modify your order (within 24 hours) before the order has been shipped, please call the customer service number +91 99020 58882 or please send us an email at support@thestellarkraft.com with the new product details (name, color, price, size)
  •  If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your ‘My Orders’ Page, else, drop us an email at support@thestellarkraft.com
